Simple pH Testing with Automatic Calibration and ATC
The Apera PH20 Waterproof Pocket pH Meter is designed for straightforward routine pH testing in water, hydroponics, pools and spas, aquaculture, water treatment and other general aqueous samples. Its pocket-sized design combines automatic calibration, Automatic Temperature Compensation and stable-reading recognition with an IP67 waterproof housing.
The PH20 measures from 0 to 14.0 pH with 0.1 pH resolution and ±0.1 pH accuracy, making it a practical value-series tester for everyday measurements where simple operation and portability are priorities.
Automatic 1 to 3-Point Calibration
The PH20 supports automatic calibration at up to three points, reducing the amount of manual adjustment required before testing. Built-in self-diagnosis helps identify common calibration errors and incorrect buffer use.
Automatic Temperature Compensation
Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) operates from 0°C to 50°C, allowing the tester to compensate pH measurements according to sample temperature.
Stable Reading Recognition
The PH20 automatically identifies when a measurement has stabilised. A smiley-face indicator appears on the display, helping the user determine when the reading is ready to record rather than relying on guesswork.
IP67 Waterproof and Floatable Housing
The tester has an IP67 waterproof rating and is designed to float if accidentally dropped into water, making it particularly convenient for routine measurements around tanks, pools and other water-testing locations.
Designed for Everyday Water Testing
The built-in pH sensor is designed for regular water-solution testing, including pools and spas, hydroponics, tap water, drinking water, water treatment, aquaculture and cooling-water applications.
Up to 2,000 Hours of Battery Operation
Four AAA batteries provide up to 2,000 hours of continuous operation under the manufacturer’s specified conditions. The meter also provides a low-battery warning and automatically powers off after eight minutes without operation.
Complete Kit for Getting Started
The PH20 is supplied as a complete kit with calibration solutions, batteries, lanyard and a rugged carrying case, providing the essential items required to calibrate, transport and begin using the tester.
