Measure pH in Liquids That Need a Glass Electrode

The TFA 31.3002 PH CHECK G Pocket pH Meter measures pH and temperature in aqueous solutions and features a permanently connected glass rod electrode. TFA specifically recommends this electrode version for measurements in aggressive substances.

The PH CHECK G covers the full 0 to 14.00 pH scale and measures temperature from 0°C to 60°C. Automatic temperature compensation, calibration and HOLD functions make it a practical compact instrument for routine and specialist liquid measurements.

Glass Rod Electrode for Aggressive Substances

The key difference between the PH CHECK G and the standard PH CHECK is its fixed glass rod electrode. TFA describes the glass version as particularly suitable for measurement in aggressive substances, providing an alternative to the plastic rod electrode fitted to the 31.3001 model.

Measure pH and Temperature

The instrument measures across a 0 to 14.00 pH range and also measures liquid temperature from 0°C to 60°C (32°F to 140°F).

Automatic Temperature Compensation

The integrated temperature measurement enables Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC), compensating the pH measurement for changes in sample temperature.

Calibration Function for Routine pH Measurement

A built-in calibration function allows the meter to be regularly calibrated using suitable pH buffer solutions, helping maintain the instrument for routine measurement work.

HOLD the Reading on the Display

The HOLD function retains the current measured value on the display, making it easier to read or record the result after taking a measurement.

IP65 Splash-Proof Protection

The PH CHECK G has an IP65 splash-proof rating. According to TFA, the instrument can be cleaned after use under running tap water or with distilled water.

Keep the Glass Electrode Properly Stored

A container with special electrode storage solution is included. The electrode should be kept in the supplied storage solution when the instrument is not in use to prevent the sensing element from drying out.
