Measure Surface Temperatures Quickly Without Contact

The Benetech GM300H infrared laser thermometer provides fast, non-contact temperature measurement across a wide range of surfaces. Simply aim the instrument at the target and pull the trigger to obtain a surface temperature reading without needing to touch hot, moving, hazardous or difficult-to-reach objects.

With a wide measuring range from -50°C to +420°C, a fast 500ms response time and adjustable emissivity, the GM300H is suitable for HVAC inspection, electrical and mechanical maintenance, automotive diagnostics, food surface checks and general industrial temperature measurement.

Non-Contact Surface Temperature Measurement

The GM300H detects infrared energy emitted by the target surface, allowing temperature to be measured without physical contact. This makes the thermometer particularly useful when direct measurement would be inconvenient or unsafe, including hot equipment, moving components and difficult-to-reach surfaces.

Wide -50°C to +420°C Measuring Range

With a measuring range from -50°C to +420°C (-58°F to +788°F), the thermometer can be used across a broad range of low and high surface temperature applications.

8-Point Circular Laser Targeting

An 8-point circular laser targeting system helps identify the area being measured, making it easier to position the thermometer correctly over the target surface.

12:1 Distance-to-Spot Ratio

The 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio allows surface temperatures to be checked from a practical working distance. As the distance from the target increases, the measured spot becomes larger, so the target should always be larger than the measurement area.

Fast 500ms Response

With an approximate 500ms response time, the GM300H provides rapid surface temperature readings, making it convenient for scanning equipment and comparing temperatures across multiple locations.

Adjustable Emissivity for Different Surfaces

Emissivity can be adjusted from 0.10 to 1.00, with a default setting of 0.95. This allows the thermometer to be configured for different surface materials and helps improve measurement accuracy when working with materials that have different infrared emission characteristics.

High and Low Temperature Alarms

Adjustable high and low temperature alarm limits allow the user to define acceptable temperature thresholds. When a measured value exceeds the selected limit, the thermometer provides a visual indication and audible warning.

MAX, MIN, AVG and Differential Measurements

In addition to the current temperature reading, the GM300H provides MAX, MIN, AVG and DIF measurement modes. These functions are useful when scanning equipment or comparing temperature variations across a surface or system.

Colour LCD Display

The colour LCD clearly displays the measured temperature together with the selected operating functions, measurement units and alarm indicators for convenient use during inspections.
