The TFA RAY 31.1136.20 infrared laser thermometer provides quick, contact-free measurement of surface temperatures across a wide range of professional and everyday applications. Simply aim at the required surface, use the integrated laser sight to identify the target and obtain the temperature reading in approximately one second.

With a measuring range from -50°C to +500°C, 12:1 optical resolution and an illuminated display, the RAY is suitable for checking food surfaces, heating and air-conditioning systems, automotive components, electrical equipment and many other surfaces where contact measurement is inconvenient or undesirable.

Non-Contact Measurement from -50°C to +500°C

The infrared sensor measures surface temperatures without physically touching the object. Its wide -50°C to +500°C (-58°F to +932°F) measuring range makes the thermometer suitable for both low and high surface temperature checks.

Laser Targeting for Easier Measurement

An integrated laser sight helps identify the area being measured, making it easier to position the infrared laser thermometer correctly before taking a reading. The laser is used for targeting, while temperature itself is measured using infrared technology.

12:1 Distance-to-Spot Ratio

The 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio allows surface temperatures to be checked from a practical working distance. For appropriate measurement results, the target surface should always be larger than the infrared measurement spot.

Temperature Measurement in One Second

With a measuring time of approximately one second, the TFA RAY enables quick temperature checks when inspecting multiple surfaces or carrying out routine temperature monitoring.

HACCP Compliant for Food Applications
