Record Both Temperature and Humidity with Flexible Sensor Options

The Elitech RC-4HC temperature and humidity data logger provides reusable environmental monitoring for warehouses, laboratories, cold chain operations and temperature- and humidity-sensitive storage. It combines temperature and relative humidity recording with configurable alarms, internal memory and USB connectivity for downloading and analysing recorded data.

For applications requiring temperature measurement away from the logger, the RC-4HC also supports an external temperature probe with an extended measuring range from -40°C to +85°C.

Combined Temperature and Humidity Monitoring

The RC-4HC records both temperature and relative humidity, providing a more complete environmental history than a temperature-only logger. This makes it particularly useful where changes in moisture conditions can affect stored products, materials or processes.

Internal Temperature and Humidity Measurement

Using its internal sensors, the logger can monitor ambient temperature from -30°C to +60°C together with relative humidity from 0 to 100% RH.

External Probe for Extended Temperature Monitoring

An external temperature probe can be used where the measurement point needs to be positioned separately from the logger. The external probe extends the temperature measuring range to -40°C to +85°C, making it useful for refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms and temperature-controlled cabinets.

The external probe measures temperature only; relative humidity is measured by the logger’s internal humidity sensor.

Store Up to 16,000 Data Points

Internal memory provides capacity for up to 16,000 data points, allowing environmental conditions to be documented throughout storage, transportation and monitoring periods.

Configurable Temperature and Humidity Alarms

Upper and lower alarm thresholds can be configured to help identify environmental excursions during the monitoring period. The logger also provides LCD alarm indication and an audible buzzer for abnormal conditions.

Check Conditions Directly on the LCD

The integrated LCD provides convenient access to measurements, logger status and alarm information without requiring a computer connection for routine checks.

Adjustable Recording Interval

The logging interval can be configured from 10 seconds to 24 hours, allowing the recording programme to be adapted to short-term investigations or extended environmental monitoring.

USB Data Transfer with ElitechLog

The RC-4HC connects to a computer through USB for logger configuration and recorded data transfer. It is supported by ElitechLog for Windows and macOS.

Analyse and Export Recorded Data

ElitechLog allows recorded measurements to be displayed graphically and exported in PDF, XLS and TXT formats for analysis, documentation and record keeping.
